I’ve spent more than 25 years working with bodies. Not perfect ones. Real ones.

I created Mobility Flex Training (MFT) because I kept seeing the same problem. People were training harder when what they really needed was to move better.
My background is in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. That’s where I learned how much control, balance, and joint health actually matter. Power is useless if you can’t move well. Strength doesn’t help if your body hurts every time you use it. That way of thinking shapes how I work with every client.
Most people come to me because something feels off. They’re stiff. They’re in pain. They feel older than they should. Some are athletes trying to stay in the game. Some just want to move through daily life without discomfort. The goal is never extreme. It’s practical.

I started Fitness by Fate – Movement & Stretch Therapy because pain shouldn’t be the price you pay for getting older or staying active. You don’t need to push through it. You need the right approach.
